Settlement Class Members who purchased Methionine are eligible for direct compensation and should file a Claim using the Online Claim System.

THE ONLINE CLAIMS SYSTEM IS USED FOR ALL CLAIM ACTIVITIES including:

• Registering a Claim to participate in the Settlement.
• Communicating with the Administrator with respect to an Online Claim.
• Editing, certifying and printing the completed Online Claim.
• Uploading documents to attach to a Claim.
• Preparing a Fax Cover Sheet to fax documents to attach to a Claim.
• Checking the status of a completed Claim.

REGISTERING a CLAIM requires completion of the FOUR PARTS of the CLAIM FORM

• To complete the CLAIM FORM online, you will need Methionine Purchase Price information. Purchase Price is the total amount paid in Canadian dollars, excluding taxes and delivery charges, for purchases of Methionine in Canada during the January 1, 1985 to December 31, 1998 Class Period.

CLAIM SUBMISSION DEADLINE:

• The Administrator must receive the completed and signed Claim Form and all required Supporting Documentation, by the November 30, 2010 Claims Bar Deadline.

• The deadline to register a Claim has passed.
